A personal account is required to use services on 47bet. Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be completely true and accurate. 47bet reserves the right to close the account and forfeit funds if false information is provided.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account password secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, with a mix of letters and numbers.
• It is recommended that you change your password regularly.
• It is best not to use the same password on multiple sites.

3.4 Account Transfer

Transferring an account, balance, or any benefit to another person is strictly prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 47bet is ৳500, which is the same across all payment methods. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be credited to your account immediately.

4.3 Rejection & Delays

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected in the following cases:

• If identity verification is incomplete
• If wagering requirements have not been met

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the total balance). Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• One bonus cannot be used together with another bonus at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Specific terms apply to each promotion; see the promotions page for details of special offers.
• Each user may take advantage of each promotion only once.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

47bet has four VIP levels. Weekly cashback is available based on level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher level based on regular play and activity.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

47bet is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. Our games are powered by verified Random Number Generators (RNG).

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or system exploitation

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 47bet

• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
• Abuse of bonuses
• Extended inactivity

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure yourself at any time. It is recommended that you complete any pending withdrawals before submitting the request. Self-exclusion requests can be made through the support team.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for an extended period (generally 12 months or more), the account may be marked as inactive. The relevant user will be notified about this through their registered contact details.
